Steel Fabrication
With many years experience in the steel industry Blake Steel has the expertise to tackle a range of steel fabrication projects. Whether it be in our East Tamaki based workshop where we can undertake and complete projects ready for install or if needed we can supply a complete site fabrication welding and installation service.
Welding
Blake Steel provides welding services in house and on site. We have ticketed structural welders and a in house welding supervisor qualified to AS/NZS 2214. We can weld steel, aluminium and stainless in house and have mobile welding equipment for site jobs including a diesel powered generator welder for when there is no power on site.
Residential
Structural Steel
Do you need a reliable steel supplier who delivers accurate steelwork first time? Blake Steel specialise in the supply and install of residential structural steel. We can provide a site measure service where we will meet on site with the builder to finalise any details and measurements. from there our skilled qualified welders will fabricate the required steel work and once it is ready it will be delivered to site and installed with our own hiab.
Architectural
Metal Work
At Blake Steel we pride ourselves in delivering high quality bespoke architectural metal work. We have worked with many architects and builders to problem solve and deliver high end steel work features. We understand your vision and work on every detail to ensure that when the end product is delivered to exceeds your expectations.
Supply & Install
Blake Steel can supply and install all fabricated steel work items including the removal of existing steel work. Our mobile site trucks can come to you with the to perform on site cutting, drilling, welding and crane lifts. Projects can be site measured then fabricated in our workshop and taken to site to be bolted and welded together then installed to meet either the clients, engineers or architects specifications.
Repair &
Maintenance
Blake Steel provides repair and maintenance servicing for manufacturing plants and warehouses. We can bring our site truck to you to preform welding repairs on your site to keep your business running. We can repair damaged, bent or cracked plant and structures or replace with new fabricated items.
Steel Drilling
Do you have existing steel work that needs holes for timber fixings? Or do you need penetrations for services to pass through? Blake Steel has a range of magnetic based steel drilling equipment that will make light work of difficult drilling. Don’t struggle trying to drill holes through steel without the right gear.
